Some reviews about our products
Cable connects well and fits ID.3. Charging goes at the speed I had in other places. Luckily no problems or anything like that.

Relatively small, but fortunately long cable. Other than that, I was able to load how it should be, so I'm definitely happy with it.

No, no app, we wanted to make this charger as simple as possible, most electric cars have their own app that indicates the charging status, among other things. But soon there will be a Q-Reel variant available with this function. However, the electrician can have a kWh meter especially for chargers installed in the meter cupboard (material costs about € 65.-) and simply read the consumption periodically, and possibly declare it to the employer.
With this you can add a maximum of 22 kWh per hour to your car, so an electric car with a battery of 70 kWh is completely full within 3 hours. The maximum charging speed of a car is determined by the size of the on-board charger, varying between 3kW and 22kW, with a range of 7kW to 17kW being the most common. Check the size of your (future) car in our car checker.
That depends on which country you live in, but usually you don't have to worry about that, because we make sure that the right charging plug is delivered to the right place. There are roughly 3 types worldwide: TYPE 1 in America, TYPE 2 in Europe and GB/T in China.
The load balancer is a box that is placed in the meter cupboard and measures the total consumption of the home. With this, the Q-Reel regulates the charging current so that an overload can never occur when too many devices are used simultaneously in the house.
The charge cable of the Q-reel is 5 meters long.
This must be done by a certified electrician, it is a three-phase connection, which requires adjustments in the meter box.
We don't understand that either, maybe a little abuse is being made of a new market that is still fairly unknown to the average consumer.
Return can be done within the national legal term, return costs are for the account of the customer. Only unused/undamaged products will be accepted.
